BlackBerry Activation

The Lexi-Comp Mobile software for BlackBerry uses a 12-digit (alpha-numeric) code to activate the product on your handheld.  Once you have purchased the software, a separate email will be sent to you containing your Activation Key. Once you have your key, enter it on the handheld by opening the Lexi-Comp software (you should automatically be prompted).  If after entering the code you receive a message that the code is not valid or has no remaining uses:

  1. Varify that you entered the code correctly.
  2. If asked to enter your email and password; verify that you have entered the correct account information.  If you have not yet created an account, please do so by visiting http://www.lexi.com/newaccount.

Once you have verified the code and account information, if you still receive an error, please visit http://webstore.lexi.com/s.nl/ctype.KB/it.I/id.8518/KB.3231/.f for steps to troubleshoot the connection.  When the connection error is fixed, you should be able to activate the software again by re-entering your Activation key.
