Before you begin, you will need to make sure that you have installed Microsoft's ActiveSync software on your computer. This software is required by all Pocket PC and Windows Mobile devices to communicate with the computer. If you have already installed it on your computer, please follow the steps outlined below. Otherwise, please first visit Microsoft's web page and download a copy.

1. Visit www.lexi.com/downloads and log in.
2. Click on the “Proceed to Manual Download” link.
3. Place a check mark next to the databases you wish to install (Note: Only select one view of the Lexi-Drugs database).
4. Click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Click on the “Download” button for each of the files you wish to install and save them to your desktop.
6. On your desktop, double click on the file/icons that you just saved.
7. When asked to choose a directory to install to, click the “Install” button.
8. When asked if you want to install to the default application install directory, choose “YES” if you are installing to the internal memory and choose “NO” if you are installing to a memory card.
9. Close the installation when done.
10. Repeat steps 6-9 for each of the files that have been saved to your desktop.

Once all of the files have been installed on your PDA, your software should be up-to-date. If you are reinstalling your software onto your PDA and are asked for a license key, please visit http://www.lexi.com/keys.
