Palm OS Users: Palm has released a version of the Palm Desktop software that is now compatible with Windows Vista.  Please visit their site at http://www.palm.com to download a copy.

Pocket PC/Windows Mobile: Windows Vista no longer utilizes the ActiveSync software to establish a connection between the handheld and the computer.  Instead, a program called Window Mobile Device Center has been integrated into the operating system and will manage these functions.  Please make sure you are using version 6.1 or later to install the Lexi-Comp software.
