Q: I cannot find the Lexi-Comp icon in my Applications folder.
A: Please visit http://mobile.lexi.com on your BlackBerry and redownload the application.
 
Q: I am unable to launch the application or it is operating very slowly.
A: The software requires a data connection to be established in order to function properly. Please ensure that you have a strong connection (4-5 bars is preferable). Running slowly can also occur if you are trying to utilize the software while it is updating the databases (you will see an updating bar across the bottom with a percent next to it).
 
Q: I keep getting an installation error and cannot install the software to my BlackBerry.
A: The software is designed to work on the BlackBerry operating system 4.1 or higher. Operating systems less than 4.1 will not support the application. If you are using 4.1 or higher and problems persist during installation, then please ask your BES administrator to increase the limit of data bytes allowed to connect through the BES.
 
Q: How can I remove the software from my BlackBerry?
A: Click on Settings-->Options-->Advanced Options-->Applications and select onhand_41. Click on Delete. Your BlackBerry will prompt you to restart, please do so.
