PLEASE NOTE: The Lexi-Comp On-DESKTOP software (Network Version) needs to be installed by a network administrator as the software is similar in nature to the setup required for a practice management suite. These individuals will be familiar with network setup procedures to ensure that critical data and applications on your network are not disturbed.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied by the performance of your ON-DESKTOP software, Lexi-Comp will refund the purchase price to you, in full, less shipping and handling, based on the terms listed below:
- A Lexi-Comp Technical Support Representative must be contacted within 30 days of your purchase date to open a support ticket and document the request for a refund.
- Refunds will be refunded in the same manner as they were purchased, check payments will be refunded in like form, credit card purchases will be credited back to the card used to purchase.
- Refunds will take 1-2 weeks to process and, depending on your individual billing cycle, may take 1-2 billing statements to show on the credit card statement.
