Hardware Purchasing Requirements
Please note the following regarding hardware purchases:
- Lexi-Comp is unable to ship internationally. If you are ordering from a country other than the US, please visit Palm's website or HP's website and click on your country to find a reseller near you.
- Lexi-Comp is unable to ship hardware to a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box registered in your account, please provide us with a secondary shipping address to which you would like this device shipped.
- No discounts apply on hardware - full retail price will be charged.
- All hardware sales are final. This includes both Palm and Pocket PC devices as well as memory card sales. No refunds are offered for hardware.
- Returns are not available on Hardware. All returns on hardware due to defects in devices should be handled through the device manufacturer and their warranty registration programs.
