Unable to Launch/Connect - Mozilla and Netscape Users
To configure Lexi-Connect to work if you use Mozilla or Netscape as your browser and you are receiving a 'unable to connect' or 'unable to launch' please check your network settings and try again message, please do the following:
1) Double click on the Java Web Start icon on your computer
2) Click on Edit/ Preferences and under the General tab choose 'Use Browser Settings'
3) Then click 'OK'.
4) Now,click on the Advanced tab and click on the + sign next to <Applet> tag support and select the appropriate browser.
5) Click 'OK' to exit .
You may then double click on the Lexi-Connect icon on your computer to launch and run Lexi-Connect without the error message.
