Lexi-CONNECT Subscription Error

Lexi-CONNECT automatically registers your handheld device upon sync operations so you do not have to manually enter license key(s) to unlock the products. This error message appears when you have an active subscription within your Lexi-Comp account and you have performed a sync with a PDA device not currently registered within your account. Please note that you must purchase a software license for each PDA device that you wish to install Lexi-Comp software onto per our license agreement. Common reasons for this message appearing:

Transferring your subscription to a new device:Switching devices is not a problem. If the previous PDA is still in working condition, you will first need to remove the Lexi-Comp software from it to per the handheld software license agreement. Then, please let the customer support agent know that you wish to transfer your subscription from the previous device to a new device. We will then remove the previous subscription within your account and notify you when this has been completed. You will then be able to open Lexi-CONNECT, click upon the Tools menu and select Reinstall Readers and perform another sync. Your software will then be automatically transferred and registered to this new device. Please note that this does require Customer Support intervention so you must 'E-Mail a Question' to our support department.

Reinstalling to your current device:If you lost battery power and upon reinstallation to your previous device this message appears, then you will also need to contact our support department through the 'E-Mail a Question' option. We will notify you when we have reset your account so that you may open Lexi-CONNECT, click upon Download Now, and perform another sync.
