Lexi-Rewards Status
Lexi-RewardsTM notices are e-mailed every couple of weeks once a purchase is made. If you have referred a colleague or friend to one of Lexi-Comp's On-HandTM products, then please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your reward. You will receive an e-mail confirmation titled Lexi-RewardsTM Notification from Lexi-Comp, Inc. This e-mail will include your new license keys(s) and instructions for entering these license keys into the Lexi-Comp programs. Once these license key(s) are entered onto your device, your ability to update will be extended by 3 months. You may also view these license key(s) at www.lexi.com/keys.
If it has been longer than 2-3 weeks since your colleague purchased Lexi-Comp handheld software and they purchased it from www.lexi.com, then please submit a question through the E-Mail a Question tab within this support portal. Please include the name of the colleague you referred. Your referral will be verified with that colleague. Once verification is complete, you will then be e-mailed with your new license key(s). This step may be necessary if your colleague has provided incomplete information to associate their purchase with your contact information. Remember to provide them with your Full Name, E-mail address, or ID# to enter at our website during their purchase transaction.
