Handbook Return Policy
Handbooks, or print items, can be returned within 30-days of the original purchase. The item(s) must be in resellable condition. This includes, but is not limited to: no bent corners of the binding or pages, no pen marks or highlighting, and no torn or missing pages.
Refunds will be processed once the item(s) have been returned to Lexi-Comp. The refund will be processed, less the shipping and handling fees, within 7-10 business and will be in the same form as the payment. A 10% processing fee may be assessed.
When exchanging for a different title, please contact Customer Support to ensure the product is still available. Upon receipt of your returned item, Lexi-Comp will process your request. You will be charged for any difference in price and a shipping fee will be assessed.
This policy applies to items purchased directly from Lexi-Comp. Any item purchase from a third-party is subject to their return policy. Before returning your item, please contact our Customer Support department at 1-866-397-3433 to verify you are eligible for a refund.
