Handbook Return Policy

Handbooks, or other print items, may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. To be eligible for a full or partial refund or product exchange, the item(s) must be in resell condition. Items with missing pages, damage to front or back covers or binding, pen/pencil marks, or highlighting will not be considered for return, refund, or exchange.

When requesting a refund or product exchange, the customer must first contact our Customer Support department to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items received by Lexicomp without an RMA will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.
