Handbook Return Policy

Please Note: a return authorization number is required for all product refunds and exchanges.  Continue reading for further details.

Handbooks, or print items, can be returned within 30-days of the original purchase.  To be eligible for a full or partial refund, or product exchange, the item(s) must be in resell condition.  Items with damage to the front or back cover, binding, missing pages, or pen and/or highlighter marks will not be considered for return, refund, or exchange.

When requesting a refund or product exchange, the customer must first contact Lexi-Comp's Customer Support department to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Items sent to Lexi-Comp without an RMA will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Please use the following methods to contact Customer Support:

Once the return for refund or exchange has been approved, please mail the item back to Lexi-Comp with the following address and information on the label:

Refunds will be processed once the item(s) have been returned to Lexi-Comp and assessed for eligibility.  The refund will be processed, less the shipping and handling fees, within 7-10 business and will be in the same form as the payment.  A 10% processing fee may be assessed at the discretion of Lexi-Comp.

This is Lexi-Comp return policy and only applies to items purchased directly from Lexi-Comp.  Any item purchase from a third-party is subject to their return policy.  Before returning your item, please contact our Customer Support department at 1-866-397-3433, option 2, to verify you are eligible for a refund and to obtain your Return Materials Authorization number.
