Pocket PC: Duplicate view of the database installed

This message is typical when you have installed more than one view of Lexi-Drugs. The four views of Lexi-Drugs are Essential, Comprehensive, Comprehensive plus Specialty Fields, and Comprehensive plus International Brands.

Note: You will also receive this multiple views warning message if you have two copies of the exact same database installed on your device, one may be on your memory card whereas the other on your internal memory.

To remove one view to make the warning message disappear please do the following:

1. Tap on okay to clear the 'multiple views' warning message.
2. Tap on the Pocket PC start menu.
3. Tap on 'settings'.
4. Tap on the 'system tab'.
5. Tap on the 'remove programs' icon.
6. Locate the duplicate book or multiple view of Lexi-Drugs that you do not want to keep.
7. Highlight the duplicate book or multiple view by tapping upon it, then tap on 'Remove'.

NOTE: If you experience any error messages after step 7, then please do the following then repeat steps 1 through 7 above.

2. Tap on 'settings'.
3. Tap on the 'systems tab'.
4. Tap on the 'Memory' icon.
5. Tap on the 'running programs' tab.
6. Locate each Lexi-Comp item within the running programs list.
7. Tap on the Lexi-Comp program, then tap upon 'Stop'.
