ON-HAND (PDA and MOBILE) Software
iPhone and iPod Touch:
Lexi-Comp software for the iPhone and iPod Touch is now available! Please visit our iPhone page (http://www.lexi.com/individuals/iphone/) for more information.
Palm OS:
We are compatible with ALL Palm, PalmOne and Sony Clie Branded devices.
Pocket PC:
We are compatible with all Pocket PC devices running Pocket PC 2003 or later.
Windows Mobile:
There are two versions of the Windows Mobile software. Users with a
Windows Mobile 5 or 6 PDA with a touch-screen will be compatible with
the Pocket PC version of the Lexi-Comp software.
Users that have a Windows Mobile 5 or 6 PDA without a touch-screen should use the MOBILE software.
*Asian Pocket PC handhelds using the
Asiatic characters (e.g. Chinese) can cause problems where the content
does not display. You may disable your Asiatic fonts to allow the
information to display properly.
BlackBerry:
- Internet Connection: the ON-HAND software for BlackBerry requires
a constant data connection when in use. We recommend an unlimited data
plan to avoid overage charges.
- BlackBerry Handheld OS 4.1 or later
MOBILE:
Lexi-Comp MOBILE, a browser-based application, works on most smartphones and mobile devices with wireless connectivity. MOBILE allows instantaneous access to our content - no more cables connecting to the computer, no more required updating, and no worry about viewing current information. As soon as the application is accessed, it’s pulling live data! Similar to our BlackBerry software, MOBILE requires Internet connectivity (through a cell signal or wifi) to function.

System Requirements
Palm OS:
- Windows 2000/XP with Palm Desktop Version 4.0.1 or higher
- Windows Vista with Palm Desktop 6.2 (Please note that the
LifeDrive, Treo 600 or Tungsten T5 are not compatible with Windows
Vista per Palm.com)
- Mac OS 10.4 or higher with Palm Desktop 4.0.1 or higher

Pocket PC/Windows Mobile:
- Windows 2000/XP with Active Sync 4.1 or later
- Windows Vista with Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 or later
**Active Sync and Windows Mobile Device Center can be downloaded through http://www.microsoft.com **
PLEASE NOTE: Lexi-Comp cannot support the synchronization of a Pocket PC or Windows Mobile device to a Mac computer.
BlackBerry:
The software is downloaded directly to the BlackBerry. A computer is not needed for the installation or use.
MOBILE:
The site is accessed directly through the mobile browser on the device. A computer is not needed for the installation or use.
