Handheld software returns
Each customer is able to download a demo with 20 complimentary uses of each software database before purchasing. Once the purchase is made, then no returns are authorized unless:
- The wrong product was purchased and you would like to exchange this purchase for another handheld product, or
- The wrong platform was purchased (e.g. ordered Palm OS, but need Pocket PC), then please submit an incident by clicking upon the "E-MAIL a Question" tab above in this customer support portal to have the platform switched within your account.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so that we may help you gain access to the product. You may address these concerns by clicking upon the Lexi-Comp Support Home tab within this support portal and choosing the E-MAIL a Question link. We do offer an installation gauruntee, please Click here.
Please note there are no returns accepted on handheld devices (PalmOS or Pocket PC models), as all sales are final.
