As a service to our trial and paid customers, we will guarantee that we will work with you in order to ensure successful installation of Lexi-Comp On-Hand products onto your Palm OS, Pocket PC, or BlackBerry device. This is a risk-free guarantee in that if we do not successfully get your products installed onto your device; you can receive a 100%* refund of your purchase price. All we ask is that you work with us in determining the problem and allow us to help you resolve this problem.

Lexi-Comp Software Installation Guarantee Terms
- A Lexi-Comp technical support representative must determine that installation is not possible of the handheld files onto your handheld device.
- Installation of the files may be done through manual installation or Lexi-Connect automated installation methods.
- Lexi-Comp has the right to the following methods of assisting you: email, telephone, web conferencing tool where we can view your computer remotely, and having your device sent to our offices for installation - it is important to note that full resolution may take more than one phone call, email, or web conference.
- *If you do not wish to let us try all available methods for installation of your software, then you will be charged a 10% processing fee of the purchase price.
- No refunds or 10% processing fee charges are available if the products show as being registered within your account (login at www.lexi.com/keys to determine).
- Refunds will not be issued for handheld devices that cannot sync with your computer or where the install process (sync) is blocked by another software item. We will try our best to help you work through any synchronization or conduit errors that impede the syncs; however, the best source of resolution for these problems is through your PDA manufacturer or software provider that is causing these errors. We will help you assess the problem as well as provide you with the pertinent information to provide to the software or hardware manufacturer to help.
- *Software must be purchased through www.lexi.com or webstore.lexi.com in order to receive any refunds. Software purchased through 3rd party resellers, bookstores, etc. is subject to their refund policies. Please note that there is no return/refund policy for hardware purchased from Lexi-Comp. All device/hardware sales are final.
- This guarantee is applicable to Windows and Mac based computers with the exception of Pocket PC devices connected to a Mac computer (Pocket PC on Mac exclusion is a result of non-manufacturer based 3rd party sync software requirement (e.g. MissingSync) that is not manufacturer supported).
Lexi-Comp Payment Policy

Lexi-Comp, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment for our products and services: Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

- Please make all checks payable to Lexi-Comp, Inc. and remit to 1100 Terex Road, Hudson, OH 44236
Lexi-Comp's Returned Check Policy:
- All checks made payable to Lexi-Comp or a Lexi-Comp Representative and returned to us by our bank are subject to a returned check fee of $35.00
- If your check is returned to us, your customer account will immediately be placed on hold and your check will be re-deposited one last time in an effort to collect on the check
- If we are unsuccessful in our second collection effort, we will send you a statement requesting immediate payment of your outstanding balance including all applicable returned check fees. We are willing to work with you so please contact us immediately at our customer service phone number to arrange payment.
- If we do not hear from you after sending you a statement, we will then forward your information to our collection agency. This is our last resort, so please make sure to contact us upon receipt of your statement.
