System Requirements

We are compatible with ALL Palm*, PalmOne and Sony Clie Branded devices.

  • Windows 2000/XP with Palm Desktop Version 4.0.1 or higher
  • Windows Vista with Palm Desktop 6.2 (Please note that the LifeDrive, Treo 600 or Tungsten T5 are not compatible with Windows Vista per Palm.com)
  • Mac OS 10.4 or higher with Palm Desktop 4.0.1 or higher

*Lexi-Comp is currently working with Palm for compatability with the newly released Palm Pre. We expect this to be complete within the next few months.*

Please note: 64-bit versions of Windows are not supported for USB synchronization.

Windows Mobile 6 & PocketPC/Windows Mobile 5

Please Note: The Windows Mobile 6 software is compatible with all devices running Windows Mobile 6.0 or higher. If you are running an earlier version of Windows Mobile, please purchase the PocketPC software.

System Requirements - Windows Mobile 6

  • Windows Mobile powered device running Windows Mobile 6.0 or higher
  • 650 MB of free space on SB card
  • Strong cell or wifi connection for installation and updating
  • Notice: The Lexi-Comp ON-HAND application may transfer a significant amount of data which could result in charges from your carrier. We recommend that you utilize an unlimited data plan or connect to a WiFi network when installing or updating this product.   • Device running Pocket PC 2003 (or later) or Windows Mobile 5
  • Windows 2000/XP with Active Sync 4.1 or later
  • Windows Vista with Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 or later

*Asian Pocket PC handhelds using the Asiatic characters (e.g. Chinese) can cause problems where the content does not display. You may disable your Asiatic fonts to allow the information to display properly.

BlackBerry 5.0 (Stored) and 4.x (WiFi)

System Requirements - 5.0 (Stored)

  • The software is accessed directly from the BlackBerry. A computer is not needed for the installation or use.
  • BlackBerry Handheld OS 5.0 or later
  • SD card with 650 MB of free space
  • Internet Connection: the ON-HAND software for BlackBerry 5.0 devices requires a cell or wifi connection for installation. After installation, connectivity is only required for updating and the display of images.
  • Notice: The Lexi-Comp ON-HAND application may transfer a significant amount of data which could result in charges from your carrier. We recommend that you utilize an unlimited data plan or connect to a WiFi network when installing or updating this product. The software is accessed directly from the BlackBerry. A computer is not needed for the installation or use.

  • Internet Connection: the ON-HAND software for BlackBerry requires a constant data connection when in use. We recommend an unlimited data plan to avoid overage charges.

MOBILE

System Requirements

Lexi-Comp MOBILE, a browser-based application, works on most smartphones and mobile devices with wireless connectivity. MOBILE allows instantaneous access to our content: as soon as the application is accessed, you're viewing live data, no updating required! Similar to our BlackBerry software, MOBILE requires Internet connectivity (through a cell signal or wifi) to function.
